Royal Rest Elite is a 13-layer, dual-sided Euro top mattress built for balanced support and comfort. Layers of polyester, latex and compressed foam sit with 5 cm of high-resilience Dunlop over a pocket coil system, and a high-density foam frame reinforces the edges. It is wrapped in a woven fabric that resists mould, moisture and fire.
